How does a service work?
We make it simple. You choose the location:
1. We come to you.
We bring all the equipment. All we need is:
One standard electricity outlet
A water source (only if you’re getting exterior services)
2. You come to us.
If you prefer, you can bring your vehicle to our workspace in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville for the full service.
Either way, you get the same professional, high-quality detailing — zero hassle.
When and How do I pay?
You only pay after the service is fully completed.

For any products or accessories purchased on our website, payment must be completed online at checkout.
How Long does it Take?
It depends on the package.
Interior or exterior basics take 1–2 hours. Full interior + exterior or deep restorations take 2–4+ hours depending on the vehicle’s condition.
What if the Weather is Bad?
Light rain or light snow is fine.
For heavy rain, heavy snow, storms, or freezing temperatures, we may reschedule or move your car to a covered area if possible.
We always communicate ahead of time so there are no surprises.

Agreement to Terms
By booking a service with Star Detailing (“we,” “our,” “us”) or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Star Detailing provides mobile and/or in-location vehicle detailing services. All services are subject to availability, vehicle condition, weather conditions, and operational capacity.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle’s condition presents safety, health, or operational concerns.
Booking and Appointments
When you book a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, phone number, email, address, and vehicle details.
Appointment times are estimates. While we aim to be punctual, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or previous jobs running longer than expected.
You agree to ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Final pricing may vary if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described at booking. Any price adjustments will be communicated before work begins.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to refuse future service for unpaid balances.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Star Detailing reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
We also reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide safe and legal access to the service location
Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service
Ensure the vehicle is in a condition suitable for detailing
Inform us of any sensitive areas, damage, or special concerns
Star Detailing is not responsible for loss of personal items left inside the vehicle.
Results Disclaimer
Detailing significantly improves vehicle appearance but does not guarantee restoration to like-new condition.
Some stains, scratches, odors, pet hair, or defects may be permanent. By booking, you acknowledge that certain results are not guaranteed.
Pre-Existing Damage
Star Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage including but not limited to:
Paint damage or clear coat failure
Loose trim or badges
Worn interior materials
Electrical or mechanical issues
If we notice obvious damage before starting, we may document it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.
Satisfaction Concerns
If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the concern.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect necessary contact and service information but do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties except where required by law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised date.
